Cassie Arakawa (President) is a high school student and middle infielder for Maryland Crush National 18UA who is passionate about serving others and making meaningful connections within communities around the world. She has been involved with One Desk Foundation since she was 7 years old, beginning with a trip to Japan, and has since participated in four international volunteer trips through the organization. Her favorite part of each trip is connecting with the local community and learning valuable life lessons through service. Hardworking, compassionate, disciplined, and insightful, Cassie strives to lead by example. As the oldest sibling in her family, she values responsibility, leadership, and kindness in all aspects of life. Outside of softball and volunteering, she enjoys weightlifting, snowboarding, spending time with loved ones, and being involved in FCA.
Executive Officers
Stella Agustin (VP & Treasurer) is a sophomore at Richard Montgomery High School who enjoys being actively involved in her community. She participates in extracurricular activities such as lacrosse, where she demonstrates teamwork, discipline, and commitment, and also involved in FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes), where she enjoys connecting with others through faith and leadership. In addition, outside of school, Stella also dog sits and babysits, which has grown her responsibility, patience, and strong work ethic. She puts a great deal of effort into her schoolwork and always strives to do her best academically while balancing athletics, extracurriculars, and her responsibilities outside of school.
Juliana Fire (Community Relations Director) is a student at Richard Montgomery High School with a passion for athletics, positivity, and community service. She runs track and plays basketball for her high school. Outside of school sports she enjoys playing piano, weightlifting, swimming, and biking. As an older sister, she values being a positive role model and leading by example. Over the past year, Juliana has also been dedicated to recovering from an ACL injury, an experience that has strengthened her resilience, patience, and work ethic. Through her hobbies and experiences, Juliana has developed strong values of discipline and is focused on building a life grounded in perseverance, balance, kindness, and personal growth.
Eva Bajic (Development Director) is a sophomore at Richard Montgomery High School who is passionate about leadership, teamwork, and community involvement. She plays softball and served as a captain of the JV team this season, where she strengthened her communication and leadership skills both on and off the field. Outside of school, Eva volunteers at a local nursing home on weekends and enjoys giving back to her community. She is also an active member of BBYO and loves connecting with others, working with people, and building strong relationships. In her free time, Eva enjoys spending time with friends and family.
William Douville (Technology & Innovation Lead) is a student at Richard Montgomery High School in Rockville, MD, where he competes on the swim and lacrosse teams. During the summer, he swims with the Woodley Gardens Swim Team and lifeguards at the Rockville Fitness and Swim Center. For the past two years, William has run a summer camp in his community alongside fellow Executive Officer Graham. William enjoys helping others, working with people, and just being kind. At One Desk Foundation, William manages the website and creates content, including documenting the 2026 Barbuda trip through videos.
Graham Fulton (Communications Director) is a disciplined, hard-working, and deeply empathetic person who has always shown up for the people around him — as the oldest sibling in his family, a babysitter, a neighbor who helps without being asked, and an employee at Ayse where his warmth and work ethic shine. His passion for weightlifting taught him the consistency and discipline he carries into everything he does, from tutoring students through his school’s tutoring club to organizing and running a summer camp for elementary school kids in his community for the past two summers. Thoughtful, caring, and naturally social, Graham is the kind of person who makes everyone around him feel valued and leads by example in everything he does.
