Executive Officers

Cassie Arakawa (President) is a student at Richard Montgomery High School and a dedicated two-sport athlete. She plays shortstop for both the RM High School softball team and the Maryland Stars travel team. Outside of sports, she enjoys working out, snowboarding, and spending time with friends. Cassie is also an active member of DECA, a global organization that prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs through competitive events, leadership training, and travel opportunities. Driven by compassion, Cassie’s lifelong goal is to help those in need. She plays a key role in coordinating domestic programs for One Desk in partnership with the Washington Nationals and the Washington Mystics. Remarkably, she has participated in every One Desk trip since she was just seven years old.

William Douville is a sophomore at Richard Montgomery High School in Rockville, MD, where he competes on the swim and lacrosse teams. During the summer, he swims with the Woodley Gardens Swim Team and lifeguards at the Rockville Fitness and Swim Center. For the past two years, William has run a summer camp in his community alongside fellow Executive Officer Graham. He also runs Novex Creative, a marketing agency serving local businesses in the DMV area. At One Desk Foundation, William manages the website and leads the media team, and will be documenting the foundation’s 2026 Barbuda trip through video.

Juliana Fire is a student at Richard Montgomery High School with a passion for athletics, positivity, and community service. She runs track and plays basketball for her high school. Outside of school sports she enjoys playing piano, weightlifting, swimming, and biking. As an older sister, she values being a positive role model and leading by example. Over the past year, Juliana has also been dedicated to recovering from an ACL injury, an experience that has strengthened her resilience, patience, and work ethic. Through her hobbies and experiences, Juliana has developed strong values of discipline and is focused on building a life grounded in perseverance, balance, kindness, and personal growth.
